Q. Why do I get so many invoices?
A. People pay us in different ways: credit card, cheque and bank transfer.
When an invoice is raised it is sent immediately as a 'request for payment', this happens even if it's being paid by online credit card.
Once we receive the payment we process the work and a receipted invoice is then sent out and it is this invoice that you should keep for your records as it is your proof of payment.
